Winter is the Yin season of increasing cold and darkening days. To counter balance these qualities, it is helpful to learn how to conserve energy so that your energy reserves don’t run too low because of the season.
Yin Yoga offers the essence of stillness and replenishment. For this reason, Yin practices can be very nurturing and help deal with accumulative stress; couple this with good company plus a warm and cozy atmosphere, you’ve the perfect recipe for Yin Hygge :)
Join the Yin Restoration Special - Winter Hygge and enjoy experiencing each Yin pose as a mini meditation and a personal retreat. Tend to the light inside and circulate the warmth of expanded awareness throughout your body.
This is a 2 hour immersion into cozy stillness. Classic Yin postures will be given, to marinate within for extended stays. Options will be presented for using blocks, blankets and bolsters to support you in the most comfortable ways.
