Travel is an effortless 2 hours from Bern (CHF23.6/one way with Halbtax) or 1.5 hours by car.

1200 - 1330 bonus session/workshop on Essential Oils with Amber

1630-1730/1800 Yoga Asana Practice – somatic experiencing, settling flows
, Yoga Nidra + Ayurvedic Wisdom

1800/1830-2000 3-course dinner including water, coffee and tea.

To give you the greatest experience of attention, quietude and replenishment, this is set to be an intimate retreat with capacity for a maximum of 10 students.

REFUND POLICY

• Until 1 week prior to the retreat, refund minus a ch50 administration fee will be given.

• After this 50% refund. For this reason, please always ensure your travel insurance is up to date.

• In the event of sickness (with doctors certificate) within 7 days of the retreat, refund minus a ch50 administration fee will be given.

• In the event of border closures or changes in covid regulations directly effecting the retreat, full refunds will be given.
