During this epic recurrence of what’s seems a Covid induced perpetual ‘liminal space, together we enter our Yin Restoration practice place and venture into the watery pathways of our physical bodies. Reorganise the hidden effect of fear and bring calm, curiosity and trust in it’s place.

Leverage the energy of balanced light and cross the sacred juncture of Equinox, giving yourself and your body time to release, integrate and recalibrate.

Enjoy a selection of Yin practices, given specifically to awaken the watery meridians of the body, namely the Kidney and Urinary Bladder pathways.

Each Yin pose will be offered as a mini meditation and personal retreat, a tender time of reconnecting with equal fluidity and steady, to embody a deeper sense of wellbeing moving forward.

This is a 2 hour immersion into cozy stillness. Classic Yin postures will be given, to marinate within for extended stays. Options will be presented for using blocks, blankets and bolsters to support you in the most comfortable ways.
