We strengthen ojas with good rest, the right diet, spiritual practices that nourish the heart and an abiding sense of community connection.
During these workshops, we will focus on, explore and learn a deeply nourishing combination of Yogic and Ayurvedic theories, principles and practices to bolster your ojas.

* purification and nutritive practices for moving and living vibrantly (whilst sustaining vital mojo); and

Each of the two workshop sessions will be different and are designed to bring balance to the different environmental stimuli present in our lifecycle seasons, to guide each individual inwards to identify their unique 'season' and own needs in Yoga - and in life.
You will be gently guided, firstly with synchronised postural demonstrations, then with the use of blankets, bolsters, straps and blocks - all for your deepest support.
